Terms and Conditions

By registering for the NRA Basic CCW course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Participants must be at least 21 years of age.
  2. All participants must provide a valid government-issued ID.
  3. Participants must have a basic understanding of firearm safety and handling.
  4. All participants are required to bring their own firearm and ammunition for the live-fire portion of the course.
  5. Participants must adhere to all instructions given by the instructors during the course.
  6. Any inappropriate or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.
  7. All fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another course date with at least 48 hours notice.
  8. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified and given the option to transfer to another date or receive a full refund.
  9. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue.
  10. By participating in the NRA Basic CCW course, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own actions and any consequences that may arise from carrying a concealed weapon.
